Joshua S. Parens is a Professor of Philosophy and Politics at the University of Dallas. He has served as Director of the Institute of Philosophic Studies and Dean of the Braniff Graduate School of Liberal Arts for nearly a decade until December 2022. His research focuses on Islamic and Jewish medieval philosophy, early modern philosophy, and political philosophy.
