Jordan M. Barry

Jordan M. Barry is a Professor of Law at the University of San Diego School of Law and currently serves as a Visiting Professor of Law at UC Berkeley. His expertise spans business law, tax law, and law and economics, with a focus on corporate finance, contracts, and tax policy.
