Barry Jordan

Barry Jordan is the Vice Dean for Faculty and Academic Affairs and the John B. Milliken Professor of Law and Taxation at the USC Gould School of Law. His research focuses on business law, tax law, and law and economics, with notable publications in Stanford Law Review, Virginia Law Review, and Journal of Political Economy. He teaches courses on corporate finance, tax policy, and law and economics, and has held prior positions at the University of San Diego School of Law and UC Berkeley School of Law.
