Kouloridas Athanasios

Dr. Athanasios Kouloridas is a Lecturer of Corporate and Capital Markets Law at the Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), School of Business, Department of Business Administration. He has been affiliated with the university since 2013 and is also a member of the Athens Bar since 2000.

His research focuses on corporate finance law, securities law, takeovers, statutory audit, company law, and corporate governance, with expertise in investment, M&A, financing, and gaming law and regulation.

Dr. Kouloridas holds key roles in legal and regulatory bodies, including the Legal Committee of European Issuers, Consultation Committee of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, and the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI) since 2002. He has contributed to publications on securities law, takeovers, and corporate governance.
