Kazunori Suzuki is a Professor at the Faculty of Commerce and Graduate School of Business and Finance, Waseda University. He holds a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of London (London Business School), an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD, and a BA in Laws from the University of Tokyo. His research focuses on Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Valuation, and Activist Shareholders, with a secondary interest in Public and Labor Economics.
