John Plecnik is an Associate Professor of Law and Director of the MLS Program at the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. His scholarship focuses on taxation and public policy, recognized internationally through awards and citations by the Congressional Research Service and U.S. courts. He teaches Tax I, Tax Procedure, Wealth Transfer Tax, and Estates & Trusts. His accolades include 'Professor of the Year' (2012, 2017) and the Golden Apple Award.
