Mark J. Wolff is a tenured Professor of Law at St. Thomas University College of Law, specializing in tax law, international taxation, and human rights. He earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Nova Southeastern University and LL.M. in Taxation from New York University.
Professor Wolff teaches courses spanning Federal Income Taxation, Corporate Taxation, Comparative International Taxation, and Human Rights Law. His scholarship critically examines tax policy, indigenous sovereignty, and constitutional interpretations of governmental authority.
He has held significant leadership positions including Executive Director of Miami-Dade County Educational Facilities Authority (1980-present) and Vice-President of Pax Romana International. As Main Representative to the United Nations (2004-present), he has addressed plenary sessions on religious tolerance and education.
