John Park is an Assistant Professor of Real Estate Development at the University of Maryland (UMD). He specializes in housing policies, real estate economics, and urban resilience, with a focus on community development and social equity. His teaching includes courses on real estate finance, taxation, and case studies.

John is a certified planner (AICP) and active in professional organizations such as the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the American Planning Association (APA).
