John Goodby is a Professor of Arts and Culture at Sheffield Hallam University, affiliated with the Culture and Creativity Research Institute and the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research. His research focuses on Irish writing, Welsh poetry, British/US modernist poetry, and Dylan Thomas studies. He has collaborated with institutions like the BBC, British Library, and British Council. Education: BA (Hons) English (Hull University), MA and PhD in Modern Irish Poetry (Leeds University).
