Dr. Joelle Evans is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Bayes Business School, City St George's, University of London. Previously, she held an Assistant Professor position at HEC Paris and worked as a consultant at Accenture. She earned her PhD in Management from MIT's Sloan School of Management. Her research focuses on professional work governance, examining accountability, diversity in elite occupations, and ethics in scientific fields like stem cell research. She has been funded by the Martin Family Society Fellowship and received a Best Paper Award from the Academy of Management. Dr. Evans teaches Corporate Social Responsibility and Organisational Behaviour across undergraduate and MBA programs.
