Harry Haochi Zhang is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Bayes Business School, part of the Faculty of Management at City St George's, University of London. He joined the faculty in June 2023 after completing his PhD in Management and Organizations at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. His research focuses on the formation and evolution of organisational forms, structures, and networks using large-scale quantitative data, with a contextual emphasis on technology ventures and non-profit organisations. He was awarded the OMT Responsible Research Award in 2023.
