Luigi Mosca is a Researcher at Imperial Business School (London, UK) and an Honorary Research Fellow at the John Grill Institute for Project Leadership, University of Sydney (Australia). His research focuses on organization theory, entrepreneurship, and strategic management, with a particular emphasis on future making and practice theory. Previously, he held roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Imperial College’s Centre for Systems Engineering and Innovation and a Research Fellow at Bayes Business School (City, University of London).
His research explores intersections between organizational design, strategic foresight, and digital transformation. Key themes include hybrid work dynamics, remote organizing practices, and innovative approaches to tackling fragmentation in construction sectors. His work bridges academic rigor with practical insights, appearing in journals like the Journal of Management Studies and MIT Sloan Management Review.
He won the 2024 Organizational Design Community–Accenture Prize for best PhD student paper in the Journal of Organization Design (2021–2024). Active in professional networks, he belongs to the Academy of Management (AoM), Strategic Management Society (SMS), and European Group for Organizational Studies (EGOS).
