Jocelyn Benson is an Associate Professor of Law at Wayne State University's Law School and former dean (2012–2016), becoming the youngest woman to lead an accredited U.S. law school. She currently serves as vice chair of the Levin Center's advisory board and CEO of the Ross Initiative in Sports for Equality (RISE), focusing on improving race relations through sports. Her academic and professional roles emphasize civil rights, election integrity, and civic education.
