Jiujing Ye

Jiujing Ye is a PhD candidate in International Financial Law and Regulation and a Visiting Lecturer at the Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. Her doctoral research examines IPO system reforms for Fintech and BigTech companies in China and the UK. She teaches courses such as LLB Banking Law, LLM Fundamentals of Law and Technology, and LLM Law and Policy of Fintech.

She holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Bristol and is a qualified lawyer in China. Currently, she serves as a Senior Consultant at Asia Capital Group Ltd. Her research interests include securities law, listing reforms, and fintech regulation.

Her recent articles analyze China’s company law reforms, IPO accountability systems, and the Beijing Stock Exchange’s role in SME financing. No scientific awards are listed, but her work reflects engagement with global financial regulatory trends.
