Jinal Dadiya

Jinal Dadiya is a Lecturer in Law at Goldsmiths, University of London, where she teaches Land Law, Tort Law, and runs an Applied Legal Theory Workshop. Her research examines health law, reproductive justice, and the intersection of law with emotions and private law theory, with a current focus on heartbreak and legal remedies. She holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge and graduate law degrees from the University of Oxford and National Law School of India University.

Her research program investigates reproductive justice through a health rights framework, analyzing equitable access to assisted reproduction technologies and the ethical dimensions of reproductive healthcare funding. Her work combines feminist legal theory with critical analysis of medicalization processes in reproductive health policy.
