Jim Soland is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education Leadership, Foundations & Policy at the University of Virginia's School of Education and Human Development, with additional affiliations at EdPolicyWorks and the Virginia Education Science Training (VEST) program. He also serves as an affiliated Research Fellow at NWEA.
