Dr. Luke C. Miller serves as Research Associate Professor in the Department of Education Leadership, Foundations & Policy at the University of Virginia School of Education and Human Development. He is a core affiliate of EdPolicyWorks and leads the Virginia Public Policy Collaborative, focusing on state-level education policy evaluation through partnerships with the Virginia Department of Education.
