Jim Farney is a Professor and Regina Director at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy (University of Regina). He previously served as Head of the University of Regina's Department of Politics and International Studies. With a PhD in Political Science from the University of Toronto and MA/BA from the University of Saskatchewan, his career focuses on Canadian politics, education policy, and conservatism.
