Jessica Frazier is an Associate Professor at the University of Rhode Island, jointly appointed in the History and Gender and Women’s Studies departments. Her scholarship bridges transnational women’s social movements, antiwar activism, and human rights historiography.

Research Interests
Jessica specializes in transnational feminist praxis, focusing on 20th-century women’s antiwar diplomacy, environmental justice, and the intersection of race, gender, and revolution. Her current book project explores global feminist genealogies through collective biography of Nawal El Saadawi, Devaki Jain, and Loretta Ross.
Recent Publications & Trends
Her work spans transnational feminism, Vietnam War historiography, and public engagement. Key themes include UN conferences, cross-border solidarity, and pedagogical innovation using digital media.
