Dr. Jerry R. DeVore serves as Adjunct Faculty in the Psychophysiology Department at Saybrook University. A clinical psychologist licensed in Washington, he retired from 20 years of federal service (including 11 years active duty) and 18 years as Director of Rehabilitation Psychology at Good Samaritan Hospital. He now maintains a private practice focused on integrative healthcare techniques like biofeedback, neurofeedback, hypnosis, and EMDR.
Education: PhD in Psychology from Saint Louis University.
Research interests emphasize the clinical applications of biofeedback/neurofeedback, hypnosis’s role in health recovery, and the psychophysiology of altered states of consciousness/experiential spirituality. Certified as a Diplomate (ABPP) in Clinical Psychology, BCIA-certified in Biofeedback/Neurofeedback, and an Approved Consultant in the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis (Level II EMDR trainer).
