Jennifer Malet is the Director of the Bachelor Program and an Associate Professor in Accounting at Institut Mines-Télécom Business School (IMT-BS) since 2020. Her academic career spans over a decade at IMT-BS, including roles as Faculty Lecturer (2011-2016) and Associate Professor (2016-2020). She holds a PhD in Management Science from CNAM (2015) and has a dual academic background in management (Université Paris IX - Dauphine, 2007; 2009) and molecular genetics (Université Paris VII - Denis Diderot, 2003).

She has contributed to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) debates, particularly in rethinking business school recruitment ethics and digital transformation in cultural institutions. Her publications explore organizational symbolism, ambivalence in institutional relationships, and the epistemological foundations of management research.
As an academic leader, she spearheaded the accreditation process for IMT-BS's Bachelor program and coordinates modules across accounting, economics, strategy, and digital marketing. Her interdisciplinary work bridges management science with digital humanities, emphasizing ethical governance and sustainable development.
