Emmanuel Baudoin is an Associate Professor in the Department of Marketing, Management and Strategy at Institut Mines Télécom Business School. He holds a PhD in Management Sciences from Paris Dauphine University and a double degree from SUPAERO and Toulouse Business School. For over 20 years, his research has centered on the digital transformation of HR processes, employee-work relationships, and innovative recruitment/training methods.
