Professor Jennifer Crupi is a metalsmith and jewelry artist at Kean University's Department of Fine Arts since 1999, where she teaches courses in metalwork and jewelry design. Her work explores the intersection of body language, art history, and psychological communication through interactive objects.

Crupi's research focuses on non-verbal communication through sculptural jewelry, creating handcrafted silver and aluminum pieces that suspend hands in art-historical poses. Her work challenges traditional jewelry functions while highlighting gestural symbolism.
