Jeffrey Mason is an Associate Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Utah State University. His research focuses on reproductive aging, the ovarian microenvironment, and orthopedic disease in post-reproductive female mammals.

- Gene therapy for laminitis and osteoarthritis

Publications span molecular biology, aging, and veterinary science, with recent work on:
- Exosome transcriptome modulation in aging
- Senolytic drug efficacy in menopausal models
- Calorie restriction and redox status
- Wnt/Dkk gene therapy for bone architecture
