Ned J. Place is a Professor at Cornell University's College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Population Medicine & Diagnostic Sciences. He directs the Diagnostic Endocrinology Laboratory within the Animal Health Diagnostic Center. With a dual background in medicine (MD) and zoology (PhD), his work bridges clinical and basic research in reproductive biology.
