Jeffrey Howard serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Music at Towson University's College of Fine Arts and Communication, where he teaches violin, coaches chamber music, and maintains an active international performance career as a distinguished violinist.

Howard's professional focus centers on violin performance and chamber music interpretation across diverse classical repertoires.
