Sandy Yamamoto

Sandy Yamamoto is an Associate Professor of Practice in Violin Performance at the Butler School of Music, University of Texas at Austin. A renowned violinist, she has performed globally with the Miró Quartet, earning prestigious awards including the Avery Fisher Career Grant and Naumburg Chamber Music Award. She actively teaches, curates chamber music series, and collaborates with ensembles like the East Coast Chamber Orchestra.
