Ms. Jane Cornwell is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Edinburgh's School of Law and a co-author of the textbook Contemporary Intellectual Property: Law and Policy (OUP). She specializes in intellectual property law with a focus on trademarks, design law, and enforcement mechanisms, particularly in the context of European harmonization and post-Brexit legal frameworks.
