Jane C. Ginsburg

Jane C. Ginsburg is the Morton L. Janklow Professor of Literary and Artistic Property Law at Columbia University, where she serves as a full-time faculty member and director of the Kernochan Center for Law, Media and the Arts. She holds advanced degrees from Université de Paris II, Harvard Law School, and the University of Chicago.
