Dr Jamie Kwan is a Visiting Research Associate at King’s Centre for Military Health Research (KCMHR), part of King’s College London. Her research focuses on military mental health, offending behaviour, and violence, including domestic violence, with expertise in quantitative research and data linkage. She has been affiliated with KCL since 2011, completing an MSc in Forensic Mental Health Research and a PhD in psychological medicine (2019).

Research Interests: Dr Kwan investigates lifetime offending patterns among UK military personnel, analyzing risk/protective factors across pre-service, in-service, and post-service phases. Her work bridges military health, criminology, and epidemiology, leveraging data linkage techniques to contextualize mental health and violence dynamics.
