Professor James Seckinger is a distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Notre Dame Law School. He is a leading figure in trial advocacy, recognized nationally and internationally for excellence in teaching and scholarship. He co-founded the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and is a key member of the Foundation for International Arbitration Advocacy (FIAA) in Geneva. Professor Seckinger has taught trial advocacy globally, including in Australia, Canada, and various African and European countries.
