Tim Storino

Tim Storino is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Notre Dame Law School. He is a former federal prosecutor with extensive experience in white collar and commercial litigation, including public corruption, securities fraud, and False Claims Act cases. He currently represents clients in federal/state court trials and regulatory investigations involving cryptocurrency, FCPA, and breach of contract matters.

• Bachelor's Degree: University of Notre Dame (2002)
• Juris Doctor: Notre Dame Law School (2005)

Professional Experience:

• Served as Senior Litigation Counsel and Chief of the Violent Crimes Section at the Department of Justice
• Conducted over a dozen federal jury trials, including two major racketeering trials
• Clerked for federal judges at magistrate, district, and appellate levels

Teaching Roles: Taught trial advocacy and guest-lectured in criminal law courses at Notre Dame Law School.
