Dr. Jalil Kianfar is Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Saint Louis University and licensed Professional Engineer (Missouri). He holds Ph.D. (University of Missouri) and M.Sc. (Azad University-Tehran South) degrees in Civil Engineering, complemented by five years of industry experience as a traffic engineer.
