Fahmida Rahman, Ph.D., is an Assistant Teaching Professor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Rowan University's Henry M. Rowan College of Engineering. She holds a Ph.D. from the University of Kentucky (2022), where she developed speed-based Safety Performance Functions (SPFs) for rural highways and applied machine learning for safety assessment.
