Dr. Jaehyun (Jay) Kim serves as Assistant Professor in the Recreation Sciences and Sport Management department within East Carolina University's College of Health and Human Performance. His academic appointments include active membership in the American Therapeutic Recreation Association (ATRA) and National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), with collaborative research partnerships spanning US institutions and South Korea.
Dr. Kim's research centers on technology-enhanced therapeutic interventions, particularly virtual reality applications for vulnerable populations. His work demonstrates significant focus on:
