Jade Stalker is a Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia, and a member of the ESI research group. Her work bridges academic research with industry applications, particularly in the energy sector.
Dr. Stalker leads the UEA & Offshore Wind Industry Council project "Clearing the Pathway for Women in Wind," aligned with the Offshore Wind Sector Deal. This initiative adopts an intersectional approach to address barriers and develop practical organizational frameworks for diversity and inclusion in the wind industry.
Her research focuses on:

Her recent publication in the Elgar Encyclopedia of Organizational Psychology explores resistance to digital change in manufacturing, reflecting broader trends in organizational dynamics and industrial transformation.
She holds a Fellowship (FHEA) from The Higher Education Academy and collaborates with industry stakeholders to address digitalization and well-being challenges in organizational settings.
