Jürgen Radel

Jürgen Radel is a Professor in the Department of Economics and Law at HTW Berlin since 2014. His expertise centers on resistance in organizational change processes, human resources management (HRM), and systems psychodynamics. He combines practical industry experience with academic rigor, having worked in global HR roles at companies like Accenture, Daimler, and Google, and trained at institutions including INSEAD and the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
