Fabiola Gerpott

Professor Fabiola H. Gerpott holds the Chair of Leadership at the Management Group of WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Her research focuses on emergent leadership, leader-follower dynamics, and the intersection of diversity and knowledge management.
