Ivana Damjanovic

Dr Ivana Damjanovic is a Senior Lecturer at the Canberra Law School, University of Canberra, specializing in international law with a focus on EU external investment governance, trade law, and climate change policies. Her interdisciplinary research examines globalization’s impact on legal frameworks and sustainability.

Recent publications (2024–2025) emphasize investment law legitimacy, labour standards in trade, and EU climate policy integration. She contributes to SDGs related to climate action and sustainable institutions.
