Irit Alony

Dr. Irit Alony is a Senior Lecturer in Management at the University of Wollongong's School of Business, Australia. She has held this position since 2023 and concurrently serves as a Post Doctoral Researcher at Monash University since 2017. Her research focuses on workplace relationships, CSR, volunteering, and their psychological impacts, blending organizational behavior with practical managerial insights.
