Dr Kathleen Chell is an Adjunct Lecturer at the School of Psychology at the University of Queensland (UQ). Her research focuses on health services and organizational behavior, particularly in the context of employee blood donation practices.
Her recent work examines word-of-mouth dynamics among blood service employees who also donate blood, addressing the unique challenges and advantages faced by dual-role donors in healthcare settings. This was published in BMC Health Services Research (2024).
