Ingolf Thuesen is an Associate Professor in the Department of Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies at the Faculty of Humanities, University of Copenhagen. His academic work focuses on Near Eastern Archaeology with particular expertise in Jordan's Petra region and Mt. Nebo.
