Inga Fahlberg is an academic staff member at the Chair of Didactics of Economic-Technical Education in an Inclusive Context, with a focus on cognitive development (secondary level I) at the University of Potsdam, where she has been active since 2024. She is affiliated with the Faculty of Economics, Work, and Technology and contributes to teaching, practical school studies, and research development.
Her research interests center on inclusive approaches in economic and technical education, particularly supporting students with cognitive developmental needs. Her work emphasizes teacher training, educational planning, and the integration of modern technologies such as virtual and augmented reality in pedagogical contexts.
She is actively involved in several research and development projects, including EDU-VActoRy (VR/AR in education), InnoWATerSpace (maker space for WAT), LLiT (inclusive technical education lab), Tekajj, and the WÖRLD project. These initiatives reflect a strong commitment to innovative and accessible technical education.
In her teaching, she offers courses such as 'Cooperation and counseling in the school context' (Summer 2024) and 'Inclusive teaching and support planning: Focus on academic and technical education' (Winter 2024/2025), and supervises practical school studies.
