Inga Broerse is a Lecturer in Migration Law at the Faculty of Law, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. She holds an LLM in International and European Law (University of Amsterdam, 2024) and a BA in European Studies (University of Amsterdam, 2022). Her research focuses on EU law, migration policy, and human rights, particularly analyzing the externalization of asylum procedures through agreements like the Italy-Albania pact. She has professional experience as a research intern at the European Migration Network and volunteer with Volt political party.
