Lisa-Marie Komp

Lisa-Marie Komp is a University Lecturer in Migration Law at the Faculty of Law of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, affiliated with the Kooijmans Institute. She specializes in access to justice for migrants and asylum seekers, human rights violations at EU external borders, and liability for maritime border deaths under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR). She concurrently serves as a Partner at Prakken d'Oliveira Human Rights Lawyers, litigating cases involving human rights accountability both nationally and internationally.
