Dr. Iloradanon Efimoff is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in social psychology with a focus on anti-Indigenous racism and multiracial Indigenous identities. She holds a PhD from the University of Manitoba, a Vanier Scholarship, and a Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship from the University of Michigan’s RISE Center. Her research emphasizes educational interventions to combat racism, reconciliation, and Indigenization in post-secondary institutions.
Education: BA (Hons.) in Applied Psychology (Douglas College), SSHRC-funded MA (University of Saskatchewan), Vanier-funded PhD (University of Manitoba). Her work bridges Indigenous methodologies with social psychology, addressing systemic inequities through mixed-methods approaches.
