Iloradanon H. Efimoff is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Toronto Metropolitan University. As a Haida and European settler scholar, her research focuses on reducing anti-Indigenous racism through education and exploring the protective effects of Indigenous enculturation. She leads the Indigenous Experiences Lab (IEL), which conducts mixed-methods, community-focused research to improve Indigenous experiences.
