Aaron Mills is an Associate Professor and Canada Research Chair (Tier 2) in Indigenous Constitutionalism and Philosophy at McGill University's Faculty of Law. His work bridges Indigenous legal traditions, political theory, and reconciliation efforts. He holds a PhD from the University of Victoria, an LLM from Yale, a JD from the University of Toronto, and a BA from Carleton University.

His approach integrates Anishinaabe cultural philosophy with legal and political theory to address colonialism's impacts.
