Professor Ian Wilkinson is a leading academic at the University of Cambridge, holding the title of Professor of Therapeutics and serving as the Director of the Cambridge Clinical Trials Unit. He is affiliated with the Department of Experimental Medicine and Immunotherapeutics (EMIT) and contributes to key research areas including endothelial function, calcium imaging, and haemodynamic monitoring. As an Honorary Consultant Physician, his work bridges clinical and academic cardiovascular research within the Cambridge Cardiovascular network, which includes the BHF Cambridge Centre of Excellence and NIHR Cambridge Biomedical Research Centre (BRC).
