Dr Mark Toshner is an Associate Professor of Respiratory Medicine at the University of Cambridge's Victor Phillip Dahdaleh Heart & Lung Research Institute. He serves as Director of the NIHR Clinical Research Facility and maintains an honorary consultant role at Royal Papworth Hospital specializing in pulmonary vascular disease. His work bridges clinical practice with translational research through the national UniPHy network.
